If you use peanut butter as a primary source of protein, you will get FAT. Its fine for an occasional treat and its fine is small amounts to get "good fats" but limit it to a thin layer. Better yet, just eat raw NUTS! You know for sure what you are getting then. If you want protein, without meat then use BEANS not nuts. Beans are cheaper, way lower in calories, way lower in fat, and way higher in fiber.
